Description

Transiom™ Cultured Cells RNA Extraction Kit is a high-efficiency solution optimized for isolating total RNA from cultured mammalian cells. Utilizing a silica membrane spin column format and proprietary lysis chemistry, the kit ensures rapid and reliable purification of high-quality RNA, free from DNA, proteins, and other contaminants. The extracted RNA is suitable for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, qPCR, RNA sequencing, and Northern blotting.
