Application:

  • Ideal for routine genomic DNA extraction for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, restriction digestion, and next-generation sequencing (NGS). 
  • Suitable for use with fresh, frozen, or dried plant tissues including leaves, roots, seeds, and callus material.

Storage
