Description

The Transiom™ FFPE Tissue gDNA Extraction Kit is a high-performance solution specifically designed for efficient isolation of genomic DNA from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. The kit employs optimized lysis chemistry and a silica membrane-based spin column system to ensure high yield and purity of DNA suitable for downstream molecular biology applications. Its proprietary deparaffinization and cross-link reversal buffer system ensures effective removal of paraffin and reversal of formalin-induced modifications, enabling recovery of fragmented yet PCR-amplifiable DNA.
